Why Should Girls Join Our Softball Organization?
HGSO is an elite softball travel league and organization developed to promote a positive learning environment teaching and training girls ages 4-18 in the game of softball. Girls are encouraged to obtain the highest level of Character, Dignity, Integrity and Values from positive adult leaders and role models within the organization.
HGSO pledges to uphold positive leadership, teaching, instruction, and coaching while assisting young girls transition into young ladies with the certainty to achieve success academically and athletically. Developing leaders and model citizens is our goal, in addition to champions and winners in life.
HGSO will transform the mental status of "Girls Who Want To Play Softball" into "SOFTBALL PLAYERS" by elevating their level of play, opening doors, and creating avenues of exposure in the softball arena for these aspiring young ladies to advance to the collegiate level of play.

YEAR ROUND PITCHER INSTRUCTION
(Every girl in HGSO organization will be taught and learn the mechanics of pitching).
YEAR ROUND CATCHER INSTRUCTION
(Every girl in HGSO organization will be taught and learn the mechanics of catching).
YEAR ROUND SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING
(Every girl in HGSO organization will be engaged in speed and agility training).
LIFE SKILLS
(All HGSO coaches in conjunction with HGSO parents will teach HGSO girls how to
develop into outstanding student athletes who honor the values of pride, integrity and
respect in the sport of fast pitch softball—from the classroom, to the field, to life).
HGSO will host and participate in at least three ASA tournaments.
